Postcard and ATC art

Morning everyone.

Yesterday, I took time and effort to publish a photo tutorial how-to on making decorative envelopes. It’s been viewed a lot, which is shown by the spike on the Stats, therefore I would be grateful for some comments today from bloggers letting me know whether you would like to see more tutorials or not in the future (not necessarily origami).

This blog has been running now for eleven months. I missed one day posting due to illness in that time, but have otherwise posted something be it a photograph, a haiku, a step-by-step, a free giveaway, a reblog and lots of different crafts from pewter casting to book making, from sketching, to printing, from knitting to baking. I hope you’ve enjoyed the journey as much as I have. Now, I’d appreciate your feedback so I can prepare for future postings 🙂

I’m going to share with you a couple of things I’ve signed up for that may also interest you 🙂
First is a textile ATC swap being organised by veryberryhandmade:

Winter Textile ATC Swap Starts Here!

The task is to create a textile-based ATC for swapping. My ATC could well go overseas and I’m excited about the variety of ATCs swapping around the world :-). Should be fun.

The other opportunity that’s come up is an exhibition of art postcards which can be made out of drawing, collage, textile. The entries, which are first placed in an exhibition are then distributed to people in carehomes and homeless shelters etc to cheer them over the festive season.
There is not much time to enter, so best get cracking! Just as soon as I can get the cat off my computer!

Happy Sunday everyone and thanks for stopping by. Please comment below as I’d really value your feedback :-). Thank you!!!
