Craft Day 3/365 Relief cutting gift box
I used a sharp blade to cut into mounting board just deep enough to be able to peel away the top layer to reveal the shapes of birds and leaves. I then glazed the board with a glitter glue before mounting it onto calico fabric. The box could easily be used to store sweets or a small jewellery gift and hang it on a Christmas tree.
